All of our coaches come from decorated backgrounds in rhythmic gymnastics, competing on world stages, including World Cups, European Championships, and National Championships. They are professionally and safety certified by USA Gymnastics.


Shayna Beck (Javornicky) is a former 4 time U.S. National Team Member, Pan American Team Champion, and World Team Member. After her retirement in June 2004, she immediately began coaching at her world-renowned former club of Isadora Rhythmics where she had the privilege of helping to prepare athletes to compete at the World and Olympic Level. Shayna has been designated the status of Master of Sport by USA Gymnastics and is professionally and safety certified.


Boryana Yordanova is a former Bulgarian National Team member and medalist from National Championships, Balkan Games, European Championships, World Cups and Grand Prix series. Her debut in the junior group team was at the 2005 European Championships in Moscow. Later, Boryana competed individually and became a 2 time Junior Balkan Champion and a multiple medalist at National Championships. For the last 3 years of her career, Boryana joined the Senior Group Team and represented her country at world forums, bringing back the gold (and sometimes silver). In 2009, she moved to NYC to pursue a BS and MBA in International Business, while still following her passion for rhythmic gymnastics and coaching. Boryana is professionally and safety certified by USA Gymnastics.


Lina Byedna is a former rhythmic gymnast who began her training and coaching career at Isadora Rhythmics. Her coaching career began with the youngest beginners stepping into the world of rhythmic gymnastics for the first time and over the course of ten years, her coaching capabilities have led her to coach elite level gymnasts. Lina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is currently pursuing a degree in Master of Science in Childhood Education. She is a certified USA Rhythmic Gymnastics Junior Olympic Judge, as well as a certified professional member by USA Gymnastics


Tracy Agyeman is a former four-time U.S National Team member, two-time Silver Junior Olympic medalist and Pacific Alliance teams member. After retirement, she attained a Degree in Math and Science while coaching at her former club of Isadora Rhythmics. There, she had the humbling opportunity to help develop athletes at a National and World level. Tracy is professionally and safety certified by USA Gymnastics.


Svetlana Russell is a former rhythmic gymnast who trained on a competitive level for seven years with Isadora Rhythmics/Empire Rhythmic Gymnastics. She is currently a rising senior at Hunter College High School and is safety and professionally certified by USA Gymnastics.
