Shayna Beck

Shayna Beck (Javornicky) boasts an illustrious career as a former four-time U.S. National Team Member, Pan American Team Champion, and World Team Member.

Following her retirement in June 2004, Shayna seamlessly transitioned into coaching at her prestigious former club, Isadora Rhythmics, where she had the privilege of helping to prepare athletes to compete at the World and Olympic Level.

Recognized for her exceptional contributions, Shayna has been bestowed with the esteemed title of Master of Sport by USA Gymnastics. She is also professionally and safety certified, ensuring the utmost quality in her coaching endeavors.

Tracy Agyeman

Tracy Agyeman is a former four-time U.S. National Team member, two-time Silver Junior Olympic medalist and Pacific Alliance teams member.

After retirement, she attained a Degree in Math and Science while coaching at her former club of Isadora Rhythmics. There, she had the humbling opportunity to help develop athletes at a National and World level.

Now, with over 12 years of coaching experience, Tracy stands as one of Empire’s most cherished coaches, celebrated for her dedication and expertise in nurturing the talents of young gymnasts.

Boryana Yordanova

Boryana Yordanova, a former Bulgarian National Team member, holds an impressive record of achievements, including medals from National Championships, Balkan Games, European Championships, World Cups, and Grand Prix series.

She transitioned from junior group to individual competition, claiming two Junior Balkan Champion titles and numerous national medals. Later, as part of the Senior Group Team, she represented Bulgaria at global events, earning gold and silver medals. In 2009, she moved to New York to pursue degrees in International Business while continuing her passion for rhythmic gymnastics.

Boryana is one of the founders of Empire Rhythmic Gymnastics, and has over 10 years of coaching experience, during which she has worked with some of Empire’s most elite gymnasts.

Yudit Bolotovsky

Yudit Bolotovsky is a former Level 9 Rhythmic Gymnast from Boston, Massachusetts, turned passionate coach and educator. With a rich background in individual and group competitions at the National and International levels, Yudit transitioned seamlessly into coaching while still in high school, blending her love for the sport with her knack for mentoring young athletes.

From 2015-2017, while pursuing a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, she continued coaching recreational classes, applying her expertise in child development to nurture budding talents.

After graduation, she embarked on a transformative journey to Israel, where she founded a gymnastics program for underprivileged families, fostering inclusivity and empowerment to young girls. She managed, coached, and organized over 100 gymnasts through the Atena Women’s Program in Israel from 2017-2020.

Upon returning to the U.S. she dedicated herself to coaching Xcel teams in Boston from 2020-2022. In 2022, Yudit joined the Empire team upon relocating to NYC. Currently, she is coaching the level 4-5 team, and helping to manage the Xcel program.

Beyond the gym, she enjoys traveling, CrossFit, and being back in the vibrant rhythm of the gymnastics world.
